I can see small cuts in the back of my thighs 🙈
I was worried about the weight on the scale during first week
But after you made me understand it, I stopped seeing the scale

Most important of all, I am very thankful to you because I feel stronger

I'm not the person who likes to munch in between the meals, My tea is also just tea and nothing else. Only my morning starts with 5 to 7 almonds . Snacks are my life saver only when I'm away from home for sometime, where I'm likely to get delayed for my meals or when I'm traveling and find difficult to get my type of food. ( I'm not foodie at all but I'm very picky about my food) I would rather remain hungry than eat what I don't like, haha.

Anyway, these are my go to Snacks and the last one is truly a life saver, you would always find it in my bag......Always 😉

I'm sure we are doing it everyday, it is maintaining personal hygiene, taking care of our hair and skin. But when it comes to workout, where your whole body is involved, we choose to do it alternative day, twice a week and in many cases just not at all.

👉How to create and maintain a new routine/ habit ?
👉The first and most important thing , if you want to start an action that becomes a habit is to make it small enough that you know you can achieve it today ( as simple as 2 km walk ) and also you know you can achieve it again tomorrow.

👉Why it is important to do it everyday?
It may seem counterintuitive but daily habits are far easier to maintain than ones you do fewer than 3 to 4 days in a week.

👉The other key when you are trying to create any habit is to do it at the same time each day, which for me , is always a morning thing. I plan my whole day schedule in such manner that I'm done with my workout in the morning itself.

👉And lastly......

👉" We are what we repeatedly do."
For me, it is not anymore an act , but a habit.
