- You don’t have to run a half marathon. Do what feels comfortable . Speed doesn’t matter . Just keep going.
- No matter how slow you go,
- You are still lapping everybody on the couch.
- Begin with simple goals that make you feel good . start by walking or jogging at a pace that feels comfortable.
- You are not going to get the Butt you want by sitting on it,
- For those of us who sit at a desk all day,it’s very important to get up and stay active.
