Shakti is a  personal training regime dedicated to changing the lives of people through better living and exercise . We aim to be experts and pioneers in the ONLINE field of exercise as a means of transforming your body and mind.

We will provide a trusting environment full of compassion, understanding and fun so that all of our clients can find total health, both physically and mentally. Our goal is to educate everyone responsibly so that they know how to live a life full of exuberant health and can help others to do the same.

Aim

Shakti 1-2-1  is the very best start that you can give yourself. I will put together a bespoke package including personalised training sessions, exercise advice, nutritional advice, progress tracking and a readily available contact.

Personal training is ideal for anyone and any type of lifestyle as it is all based around ‘YOU’. It is about having the support and guidance to keep you motivated.

The initial consultation is my opportunity to get to know you and find out about what you want to achieve and why. It will consist of an informal chat based around some questions to get an idea of things that may have worked for you in the past and how ready you are to move forward.

I believe that exercise should be fun and I strive to make every session enjoyable. Sessions involve a variety of exercises and I will endeavour to keep things interesting all the way through your programme.

As we progress you will find yourself doing things that you never thought possible and your confidence will grow along with your abilities.

The programme that we develop together will be entirely unique to you and will suit your needs. You can train as many times a week as you wish whether it’s at home, in the park or at the gym.

Regular exercise has been scientifically proven to alter brain chemistry and leads to an improved outlook and increased feelings of wellbeing. I know that there will be days when it feels impossible to find the motivation for exercise. But I will be here to provide motivation, support and encouragement.
