Why do I workout?

Well may be habit is a proper word for why I do my workouts. I have been training ladies independently for about 3 years now and before that I got trained for almost 2 years. Being a highlander, stamina and strength have always been in my blood. Anything you do for that long,becomes a habit. I go to the gym the same way we eat, drink, bathe, work everday. I wake up,I do it. I don’t think about it. I just do it…as we don’t think before brushing our teeth we just do it.
