Hi! My name is Rashmi Rawat

As a proud Highlander with deep roots in Uttarakhand, my journey began in the picturesque town of Mussoorie. A graduate in History and a certified B.Ed holder, I embarked on a different kind of adventure when I married a valiant fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force. Our blissful union has spanned 14 incredible years, filled with love, strength, and unwavering support.In addition to being a devoted wife, I am blessed to be a mother to a vibrant eleven-year-old daughter and a cherished furry companion of six years. They bring immeasurable joy to my life, and together we form a tight-knit family.

Drawing upon my Pahadi heritage, I have always possessed an innate reservoir of strength and stamina. The fire of passion for fitness burns brightly within me, and I proudly declare that my body has remained steadfast throughout the years, preserving the same frame I had during my college days. In fact, with each passing day, I grow even fitter and stronger, defying the expectations of time.Even during the miraculous journey of pregnancy, I set a determined goal for myself: to ensure that my weight did not exceed 10 kilograms. I was resolute, steadfast in my commitment, and emerged victorious, gaining a mere 6.5 kilograms. My daughter, a healthy bundle of joy weighing 3.5 kilograms, entered our lives in 2010. From that moment on, my focus shifted to nurturing and raising her during those formative years, leaving me with little time for self-care.
