  • 6 weeks ( Monday to Friday) 5 workout videos in a week. Total 30 different videos .
  • 8 weeks ( Monday to Friday) 5 workout videos in a week. Total 40 different videos
  • 10 weeks (Monday to Friday ) 5 workout videos in a week.  Total 50 different videos
  • 12 weeks ( Monday to Friday )5 workout videos in a week.  Total 60  different videos

👉 No live workouts. Personalized Workout videos ( for all levels) and customized meal plans( according to the individual fitness goals)

👉 The client will be connected through a call only once the session is booked by paying for it.

👉 Daily  contact ( guidance and briefing ) through what’s app. ( Monday to Friday)

👉 Weekly progress checked through pictures

👉 No pause or break  in between the plans and won’t be  carry forwarded ,if the client misses it for some personal reason.
