  • The meal plans include easy to prepare Indian meals. vegetarian, non vegetarian and other options are also available

The client will be connected through a call for the detailed conversation, once the session is booked after payment.

The client remains directly in contact with the coach through whatsapp, everyday from Monday to Friday.

Weekly progress is checked through pictures.

There won’t be any pause or break in between the plans, also the plans won’t be carried forward if the client misses it for any personal or other reasons.

The mode of payment is online and in advance (details will be sent after the registration)

The fee is non refundable

WORKOUT PLANS ( Not fat loss plans )

Plan Details

Work very well in building up strength and endurance.

5 structured workout videos in one week.

  • Home workout videos of dumbbells and bodyweight.
  • Self-explanatory videos of all levels from beginner to advanced.

Duration

  • 4 weeks
  • 8 weeks
  • 12 weeks
  • 16 weeks

Only workout plans are not appointment based, one can directly start after the registration.

Not fat loss plans, hence no fat loss progress will be checked. The trainee can update about his/ her endurance and strength progress on daily/ weekly basis.
