Family Background and Roots

I am a highlander hailing from Uttarakhand, with roots deeply connected to the region.Born and raised in the picturesque town of Mussoorie.I am blessed with a loving family, which includes my amazing husband—a valiant Indian Air Force fighter pilot. Together, we have celebrated 14 years of sheer happiness in our marriage, cherishing every moment of our journey.I Proudly share my role as a mother to an eleven-year-old daughter and a furry six-year-old dog.

Passion for Fitness

As a "Pahadi" (someone from the mountainous region), I carry a trait of strength and stamina.

My passion for fitness has been a lifelong pursuit, maintaining my body frame from college days and continuously improving fitness over time.

Even during pregnancy,I setted a target to limit weight gain, exceeding it by only 6.5 kgs while giving birth to a healthy 3.5 kg baby girl.

After focusing on raising her daughter during the initial years, I have decided to bounce back to fitness with full force
