Workout Plans

1. Plan Details

Workout plans are not appointment based. Clients can start with them after paying for it. Consultation with the coach is not done in it. However if you are apprehensive before starting you can book the appointment with me from the website, for one on one conversation.

*Workout plans are not fat loss plans, no fat loss progress is checked in it, and The same is mentioned in the plans.

* Home workout videos of bodyweight and dumbbells ,of all levels to work on endurance, strength, injuries and pain.

*5 workout videos in a week ( From Monday to Friday).

*Self explanatory and detailed videos about the warm up, workout and followed by stretching exercises.

Further details on plans are sent only after the registration.

👉The mode of payment is online and in advance. ( net banking/ gpay/paytm, once the plans are confirmed by the client, the payment details for the booking will be sent.

👉No pause or break in between the plans.

👉The fee is non refundable.

2. Duration

  1. 4 weeks
  2. 8 weeks
  3. 12 weeks
  4. 16 weeks

Only workout plans are not appointment based, one can directly start after the registration.

 

Not fat loss plans, hence no fat loss progress will be checked. The trainee can update about his/ her endurance and strength progress on daily/ weekly basis.

 

The client remains directly in contact with the coach through what’s app, every day from Monday to Friday.

 

There won’t be any pause or break in between the plans, also the plans won’t be carried forward if the client misses it for any personal or other reasons.

3. Charges

The mode of payment is online and in advance (details will be sent after the registration).

Combination plans

1. Plan Details

Combination plans (meal + workout) for fat loss ,muscle gain and better fitness levels

4 full fledged meal plans for the whole week, Indian and home cooked, easy to follow, vegetarian / non vegetarian both, according to the food preferences mentioned by the client.

Will be 100% customized as per the client's requirements/ needs, health and fitness goals.

➡️5 Workout plans (videos)for the whole week, from Monday to Friday only.

Home workout videos of bodyweight and dumbbells.

Workouts of all levels from beginner to advanced. To work on endurance, strength, injuries and pain.

➡️Combination plans also include various body scans and muscle relaxation techniques (exercises) to work on complete body relaxation, stress/anxiety and sleeping issues. These issues play a very important role in the fitness journey.

4 meal plans for the whole week , Indian and home cooked, easy to follow, vegetarian / non vegetarian/ and other, according to the food preferences of the client.
